We want to congratulate you for your consecration to seek the face of the Lord during this period of prayer and fasting. We strongly believe that during these three weeks the Lord will do marvelous and unexpected things in your life and in the life of your church.
First of all, we want to strongly encourage you to do this fast with a whole heart. Don’t be lukewarm and double minded. Do this fast because you are expecting God to move in your life. Don’t do it simply because someone else is doing it. Decide right now that are not going to stop half way but that you will go all the way.
Secondly, we want to exhort you to let God go deep in your heart and soul and allow Him to transform you to His image. Do not fear the things that He may dig up in your life that you have kept hidden perhaps for years. It is the moment to be set free.
Thirdly, we want to encourage you to pray for your local church and especially the leaders. We see Satan coming against the leaders of our churches stronger than ever before, especially the young pastors and those called to the ministry. Rather than becoming critical of them we need to rally to them and stand with them as they seek God to lead in the right way. Let’s build up the protection of the House of God during this fast.
And finally, we want to encourage you to pray for the lost. So many times God has spoken to us of those who He wants to bring into His kingdom through us. During this fast let’s keep this constantly in our hearts and pray for God to grant us greater courage and anointing in sharing the good news with all creation.
