Ingredients
- 10 ounces of broccoli florets
- 3 Tbsp of natural peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1-1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
Steam broccoli. Meanwhile, combine peanut butter, water, vinegar, soy sauce, stirring with a whisk until well combined. Drizzle hot broccoli with mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
