Ingredients
- 1/2 pound fresh string beans
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 stalk fresh lemon grass, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon shredded fresh ginger
- 1 to 5 red chili peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
Preparation
Cut green beans into 2-inch strips. Heat oil in a wok with lemon grass, ginger and red chili peppers until oil starts to bubble. Stir in coconut milk, beans and salt; cook on high heat for 3 minutes. Serve on a bed of shredded cabbage. Makes 6 servings.
